Colour Bar
Tufties expert technicians will conduct an in-depth consultation prior to discuss a change of colour, compliment skin tone and different techniques.
We use only Redken Colour because of its superior dye-technology and exceptional conditioning, making every strand into shinier, stronger, healthier-looking hair.
For your well-being, if you are a new client or haven’t had a colour service with us for over 6 months a compulsory skin test is required 48 hours prior to your service.
To finish your service you can choose to add a treatment, cut & style, blow dry or just have the colour application.
Also take a look at our new Express Bar which can be performed within 4 weeks of any previous full colour appointment. A great way to maintain your hair between visits, especially if time is short.
Prices are based on Shorter Hair length and there is a £15 charge for longer hair per colour service.

Yuko is the original thermal hair straightening system that restructures the hairs internal bonds to give permanently straight, smooth hair with exceptional shine. This special straightening process uses collagen, silk proteins and keratin, to deliver moisturised and glossy looking hair to both women and men.
Tufties technicians specialise in the revolutionary YUKO straightening process. We are the most experienced hair salon in the North West using the YUKO system, having been the first salon to adopt it in 2001 and attending regular training sessions in London and with the developer, Yuko Yamashita herself!

KERASTRAIGHT & YUKO ANTI FRIZZ
Transform your hair with our latest innovations in straightening and repair with ground breaking range of treatments are now more powerful, easier and quicker than ever.
These systems are what Tufties recommend as an alternative to YUKO for bleached, highlighted, permed, relaxed or excessively processed hair. The more porous the hair the better these treatments work!
They both contain a deep conditioning solution enriched with keratin and collagen which moisturise your hair, leaving it looking shiny, soft and more manageable. It will eliminate any frizz and can last up to 4 months.
These products do not straighten the hair but smooth the hair cuticle and will gradually wash out of the hair.
Your stylist will advise which is the best treatment for you.
