I am Rachel, and part of Tufties front of house team. I enjoy making every guest feel comfortable as soon as they walk through the door.

A key element for me is getting to know our guests and helping them choose the stylist or therapist that is a perfect match for them, so they have a happy experience. I can’t wait to greet you with a smile, a chat and a nice drink to make you feel right at home.

As well as keeping reception organised, I am also a specialist in Lipofirm, facial and body sculpting. I can give you any advice on Lipofirm or any of our hair, skin or beauty services.

My life outside of work: is usually spent walking, socialising, or on holidays, now both of my boys are at university.
